So frustrating. i had items to give, and ended up taking them to the dump. Requested a username and password, and that took days to come through, and then I was not able to connect to any groups. E-mailed group moderators to get access to the group, and nothing. What a waste of time. Surely if you have a log in you should be able to list items and collect items without going through a secondary process where somebody can make a judgement and decide not to give you access. My advice, buy stuff off e-bay, and sell any unwanted stuff on e-bay, at least you will be able to log on and list items, and log on and buy them. Any other stuff you cannot sell take to the tip....Life is too short
