They say that they will provide you with a code within 24 hours, and when that time is passed they just send you a message informing you that couldn't provide the service blah blah. In that e-mail they say also that they will provide you with details to their "dedicated accounts team" who will deal with your refund. In my case, they haven't emailed me anything. So next day I went directly to the PayPal site to raise a dispute where I found out that you can get an instant refund by just visiting their refund web-site http://www.cell-unlock-shop.com/refund/index.php and enter your e-mail in the box there. I believe that this site should be removed from Google Ads, as it is a total SCAM!
