This is the worst customer service anyone on this earth would deal with.
Its such a shame on them, as they charge money and dont even care about the passengers discomforts caused by them. No proper information,no proper care towards customers,it some times feels like dealing with unprofessional staff working. The flight gets delayed with no reason known to the passengers, no one would ever tell you when your flight is ready and when you can reach home. Especially, the luggauge, you always have to be lucky to see your bags reached your destination. If you lost your bags there is nothing they can do, just charge money for the travel...its shame on them...what kind of air lines is that when they cant take care of the passenger's luggauge...they should be banned form the international travel...its big shame to the air india....
