“Never delivered, never called, waited on hold for 45...”

Never delivered, never called, waited on hold for 45 minutes until finally was second in line and then it sent me to their voice mail. No one called back. Called next day and got their answering service, I think it's in India. So ordered on Saturday, it's now Monday night, no flowers, no call or email about the non-delivery; I will never use them again. If I could give them no stars I would.
