i was scammed by funtonia.com. i can't believe this service actually worked for some people, or are they scamming us to. bought 3 month subscription, was charged for a year. got ringtones sent to my phone and could download onto my pc. COULD NOT CONVERT ANY OF THEM TO RINGTONES, PERIOD. complained to "abigail" asked for refund, was told i would be hearing from their billing dept. and never did. sent them a treatening email, then they disabled my account after two weeks. i was right in the middle of downloading all i could to my pc then my account froze up. couldn't even log off of site.

we need to get someone involved from the music industry, i am sure they are infringing on numerous copyrights. they are fruadulently advertising mobile carriers trademarks to suck you in. they are located in isreal, not surprisingly, were lowlifes seek refuge. can only imagine how many people everyday get sucked into this scam.

I was a victim too, but I got a full refund by filing a complaint online with the pennsylvania attorney generals offie (http://www.attorneygeneral.gov/). Use this information when they ask for company address & info:
