will never shop with debenhams again!!!!!my statement wasn't right when it came in.Trying to explain on the the phone was a nightmare.I was told someone would get back to me which they didn't. Phoned again went through the same thing again, was told to go the store as i had ordered on line. some customer help line!!!!!!!!when i went to store they couldn't help as i had ordered on line. normally i pay my statement off in full but because

they are looking into it (so they say)i made the minimum payment. now i'm going to charged interest when the next payment comes in.no one has been any help at all. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE IN THAT STORE
