Never shopped with this company before but I bought an Aliens Powerloader statue from forbiddenplanet.com as they were offering the best online price. No problems with placing the actual order as the staff we're both polite, friendly and seemed to know all about the item I was buying. The statue was despatched in 24 hours, a tracking number emailed to me and the parcel received in a couple of days. As I was buying a large, expensive item it was nice to be able to call and speak to a human being!



Really couldn't have asked for anything more and would be happy to shop there again.
