After reading previous reviews about luggage being lost and poor service, we were not looking forward to our flight to Dubai via Paris. Needless to say we were pleasently suprised that all flights were on time, luggage was not lost and the staff were all friendly. We would have no problem booking with Air France again.

yeah nice... "I was pleasantly surprised my bag was not lost" gets 4 stars. Way to lower the standards Air France.
