“I have been on the phone for over half an hour, passed...”

I have been on the phone for over half an hour, passed from pillar to post, Staff do not know where to pass people, your voice mail for departments are awful and not useful at all! This is a buisness line and I am now asking the FD to think about another phone company, I would never have BT at home!
