Over the years we've owned every type of Vacuum cleaner,upright and cylinder both cheap and expensive from Dyson to Panasonic to Electrolux to Tesco own Brand.All had one thing in common - an average service life of 12 months . The D*son upright was particularly disapointing ,hugely expensive, over engineered and cumbersome.

The Henry has been with us now for over 5 years , is simple and rugged, has dealt with builders mess in its stride yet has been 100% reliable. Cant comment on service and support for this reason.

There are caveats -its relatively heavy and the performance may not match the best but lafter 5 years the others are long skipped in our house.

Absolutely no hesitation in recommending this product. A no Brainer.
