“My wife needed assistance when broken down on a wet...”

My wife needed assistance when broken down on a wet and miserable Sunday afternoon, she was told that our policy had not been renewed and could have call out as a paid alternative, i called them from home and confirmed we had renewed as i had my credit card statement, we were again only offered pay and claim back.

It turns out that at weekends a call centre takes over and our account details had not been passed on to them.

I had a refund and got better and cheaper elsewhere.

If you want peace of mind leave "Rescue my car" alone.

Who is cheaper? From all the companies I have looked at for breakdown cover these guys are the cheapest by quite a few quid. I am looking for breakdown cover and since these are the cheapest I will be getting it with them.
