I paid £300 odd pound for it and for three years it has worked fine. The tiny problems we had were due to our carelessness putting toothpicks and other hard bits in with the crockery. I like the simple choices which suit whatever you are washing. It is quiet and unobtrusive when working, light to pull out to clean behind, and a pleasant blending silver grey. The wash/spray arms unclip easily to clean periodically and the filter is easy to remove and clean.

Now we have a water leak that requires an engineer. But I was able to diagnose it from the flashing lights and internet help sites. Shame that Hotpoint don't provide these error codes on their site.
