My wife, two daughters and our two grandchildren aged 2 years and 3 months and 9 weeks went into your King's Lynn cafe on the 22nd April at 4.45pm for some refreshment and our 9 weeks old grandson needed to be fed, your staff were stacking tables and chairs and when one of my daughters asked if they could sit on a comfortable sofa one of your staff told her we have washed the floor there and you cannot sit there!!!! My wife had to find a comfortable chair for our daughter to sit on and feed our grandson!! If I had been there I would have asked to see the manager and sorted the situation out!!! Please make sure your staff are aware of this review. Your customers are your livelihood!!!
