First time visitor to a haven resort, arrived at 4pm to check in, we were given a number to go to the showbar to recieve out caravan keys, poor check in were treated like cattle, would be much better having a 1-1 personal check in. Caravan had no cleaning items ie hoover, dustpan brush, caravan was clean but smelt damp, main complex was a disgrace, no soap in any of the toilets, ladies,mens or disabled toilets. hand dryers did not work either.. general place was dirty. walkway from the main complex to the spar shop was disgusting, litter everywhere.

headed across to the beach this was even worse.!! covered with litter, not very attractive.. best to head to north berwick beached are superb, much better for children.

Would not recommend seton sands to anyone.. Very disappointed would not return..
