They could not do my Nokia N95 8GB (but I don't think anyone can)
they did not refund me within 7 days.
I complained yesterday (the deadline) and they refunded me today.
Lucky I paid via PayPal
Also glad Unlock emailed me their failure notification. Maybe they are delivering the goods for some people...? Why no refund on time though? Overloaded with refund work?! :-)
I wouldn't risk it again though.
