I had booked for the Euro Tour Program through Cox and Kings on 21.1.10. and had paid Rs.18000/- as an advance through Cheque. After booking, I developed sudden back pain and I underwent tests and my doctor has advised complete rest for at least six months. Hence I had no choice but to cancel the program and I request them to reimburse the 18000/- which I paid as an advance.
This request was made with in two weeks,since I had made the advance payment.
But to my horror, they did not bother to accept this, nor were they willing to transfer it to another person (my son).
I did a big mistake and I will never ever go to COX& Kings again.
