PennyTalk sells calling cards at 7-11 Stores and are worthless because there is no way to redeem the minutes for the amount you paid for. If you have an account with pennytalk you can only use a credit or debit card to purchase minutes. If you follow the instructions on the back of the card and scratched the silver backing to reveal the pin code. You then call the phone number on the card and then asked to enter your account# and pin. You have to have an account with PennyTalk to do this. Then to follow the prompts. The prompt never askes if you have a calling card purchased at a store. It just says to use your credit or debit card that is on file. Also if you email customer Service no matter what you say to explain your problem you just get an auto reply not a person replying and the customer service never seems avaiable and closed and to call during business hours. What exactly is their business hours? They never answer the phone just automated operator baically saying nobody is avalible to answer your call.

Please do not buy these cards. They are worthless and a scam. PennyTalk is not worth waisting your time and money on. There are other calling card services out there with better rates and prices.
