When I first bought this I thought it was great however 3 months down the line and the machine glass on the door blew out, I'm lucky I wasn't in the room with my newborn daughter. An engineer came out and believes that the glass must have had a fault with it and has never come across this before. Bought from Argos so am reciviing a replacement on Wednesday. I think I will wait at least 6 months before writing another review. I am currently trying to get reimbursed for our clothes which are full of glass and some are now torn.

I am so glad its not just me our machine has done exactly the same and I am waiting of the engineer coming out now. I think these machines should be re-called as you all the clothes have been torn and trying to get Currys/Beko to refund us has been a nightmare so far.

Exactly the same thing happened to me on Sunday 25 Sept 2011. i bought the machine from Tesco Direct in April 2011. The machine was filled with a very light load of pajamas and two towels. When it started the spin cycle there was a loud thudding noise followed by the glass exploding everywhere. Do not buy this machine it is a death trap.
