I went to CC shop in central London to look for my wedding dress. The shop is very nice and big, but I did not like the attitude of the staff, I think I was served by the manager. Very posh, patronizing attitude! The dresses were descibed as they were the best in the world, but I have seen much better. Maybe a little bit less of this formal attitude would help! I would not recommend to a friend.

Totally agree. Staff at Berners street store only have pound signs in mind - patronising, pushy sales sharks. Avoid this shop!
