Booked a hotel through Travel Republic which we needed to rechedule as our flight delayed due to volcanic ash. Impossible to contact them - lodged a request through the website on 18th April (no action). Emailed, and phoned 3 times that we actually got through to a customer service person (lots of other times we held for ages and then got cut off). Each time on phone they said "they will deal with today". Think this is simply to get you off the phone. As we are due at the hotel in Florida today and we now don't leave the UK until next week - I guess we've simply now lost our money.



This was a DIY holiday - BA service great - flight rebooked efficiently, the other hotel we booked via Last Minute.com - rescheduled within 30 mins of contacting them.



Will never use Travel Republic again!!
