I was visited back in March by a friendly chap from The Mark Group who knocked on my door as he was working in the area. He was very polite and courteous and we started chatting about how much money I could save by getting my walls insulated. I was very interested in this and so signed up to go ahead with the work which surprised me as it only cost £149.00 with the funding that was available. The work was fitted early april and I must say I am delighted with the service I have recieved and a nice warm home. I even got a text on my mobile before hand notifying me of the fitting date. The surveyor and workmen were very good and are a credit to the company. I have already recommended to my brother in law who has been booked in for a survey already. Well worth the money. I dont know why I haven't done this earlier!!

I found this review very helpful because... it was pretty detailed, with examples of good customer service.

Either you were the lucky one or you work for the company. Why were you charged £149 when the cost is normally £99?

<br/>By their own installers admission, this is a terrible company who are cutting back their workforce and sending one installer out on two- or three- man jobs.
<br/>
<br/>their workmanship is poor because they are over stretched and their level of cleanliness is dreadful.
