ACE Parking Gatwick. Delay on collection of car and we nearly missed the check-in closing. We waited half an hour at North Terminal having phoned twenty minutes before arrival.Driver not interested or apologetic.
Worse happened on our return. Phoned when baggage was dollected as instructed. Waited half an hour, re phoned to be told car was blocked in and they could not get it out. Told to wait inside terminal building for 20 minutes. After 30 minutes called again and was told still unable to get car out as still blocked in. Car finally arrived an hour after our first contact. No apology given until I asked for one. Both members of staff were rude and patronising. Surely it is not 'rocket science' that if a car is blocked in, you get the keys of the cars and move them.
A severe case of the NFI's (not very interested). If that is there idea of service go elsewhere or use Long Term- it's quicker than ACE
