The problem with vente-privee.com is not the items. I am sure the company ships them. The problem is the business structure. They sell luxury products, yet their customer service center is located in India(?) - it can't really be - because they speak better English there.
There is no manager in this center - so they can't really resolve any issues - all they do is provide information. The company also lacks any business integration - so the people who (barely) speak to you in the call center can't really contact the people who ship out the items, or the people who order them.
Victoria Scott-Richards is what they use for all outgoing email independent of the customer or complaint - don't feel special - that person is imaginary.
Overall I had horrible experience. After 10 minutes of explaining the representative my problem (need to change the delivery address). All the replied is that the manager will contact me about the issue (I got a staple email with the same information - almost word for word) that the representative provided.
I phoned back. The new representative couldnt take down my number. 5 attemps we still didn't get anywhere. I asked repeatedly to speak to the manager. I was told quite rudely, that I am not offered that choice as there are no managers in facility (previous representative told me there were). And that the representative couldn't help me if he couldnt access my account (previous one had no problem doing that).
