Ordered from them. paid for the goods. got some of the items. one was out of stock. got told it would take another month to be sent. then when that time was nearly up got told it would take a further month. asked for a refund and thats where the fun begins.they robot reply from a foreign name, they never address your issue they say they have "requested" a cancellation to another department of their company and when or IF that happens and they cheekily tell you it might not be possible they will refund you. it doesnt happen. you can contact them as often as you like and they wont refund you. i had ten days of this. all you can do is put in for a chargeback to get your money bACK AS THEY JUST KEEP FOBBING YOU OFF WITH RIDICULOUS EXCUSES.i would not recommend them unless you like frustration and stress. they act like once you have paid thats it they can keep your money and not send you the item you paid for.
