Customer service helpline is never answered. The call centre staff are moody and don't understand what you are trying to get them to do. Found the hotel room £180 cheaper on another site and it took another 14 calls to cancel my booking. Take note - if they don't answer the phone after 4 mins you get cut off by their call system.
