I suffer from severe motion sickness while on aircraft & boats (To the point where everything round me starts 'spinning' & my last meal makes a reappearance !!!) but I have found Sea Legs to be THE most effective travel sickness remedy around. It doesn't make everything 100% perfect as personally I still get a (tiny) bit queezy for very short periods but using these tablets means that I can enjoy a 12 hour flight without any major problems. As far as effectiveness & value for money goes I wouldn't use anything else and I can get on & enjoy the experience rather than worry about getting on a plane or boat! Highly recommended for serious sufferers.
