This is an honest and accurate account. Have been with Thinkbanking 5 years too long.. Do not open an account with Thinkbanking!!! Have had nothing but problems. Customer service is terrible, waiting an age on an 0845 number and when someone finally picks up there is rarely an apology for the delay and staff very condescending at times, one told me not to play online bingo (it's my money??). Card regulary becomes blocked for no reason even when you have the funds and their systems seems to crash regularly causing you problems too. Txt service is the only good bit! The last straw has come when finally someone paid me back a sum of money, that I was going to use to pay my debts off and I had to wait all day until they would release it (again my money!!!!!). Going to open an account elsewhere where they don't look down on you just becuase you may have had financial problems in the past. You have been warned!
