Could be but you have to understand that people are sometimes hard pressed with time and most of the time with no incentives a review happening means the customer is "super delighted". how many times have you experienced this with a product. Plus most of the products have some hiccup or the other that a customer might want to share or not due to various reasons. Forced reviews are not a good way other than cutting down on freedom to choice.
