It is always difficult buying a second hand car and we came along to Crawley from Surrey not knowing what we would find.

I was well worth our trip they have a fantastic choice of cars.The girls on reception were very polite and welcoming, the sales man was helpful and not pushy. he was able to get answers to our questions without any trouble, and very quickly we had found just a couple of cars we were interested in. every one of the staff we met there were pleasant. we felt that we were buying from a very reputable business and this is very reassuring when you are spending thousands of pounds. A fact many garages seem to forget.

I found this review not helpful because...I'm unable to tell from this review wether or not a car was purchased.
<br/>If a car was purchased, is the reviewer happy with it?
<br/>We don't know, if they didn't buy a car, then how can they give 5 stars for VFM?
<br/>I went today, before looking at these reviews and initially was impressed by the large amount of choice, but though the salesman who tagged on to us was nice enough, he became very pushy, clearly wanting a sale there and then, and talking up the 3 year (very expensive) warranty. Its the 4th showroom we've been to this week and it felt like the guys here are so commission targeted that they will say anything to get a sale.
<br/>It worked out well for us though, we saw a car we liked, went to a local main dealer and bought a similar spec, from someone who clearly knew his cars, for a slightly better price and a full warranty at no extra charge.
