i have been with Natwest for 15 years and they were fine but seem to have been caught up in the IT revolution. Instead of using IT to simplify their banking, it seems that they have got carried away and it is constantly changing. I can't phone up because apparently there is a new phone log in number, I have randomly been frozen out of my online banking so they can check my details.
I have other bank accounts and don't seem to have any problems, but Natwest seems to be a constant battle!
