All you people who are complaining clearly do not have a clue how hair colourants work and should never attempt to dye your own hair at home! I've used all sorts of these products for years when pre-lightening to blonde or stripping darker colours. Yes your hair will have bright White roots and orange through the lengths as this isn't a miracle cream! If your hair has been previously coloured, do not expect the same results as on your roots where no colour has been. If you research these products it does say your not going to achieve bright blonde from being dyed black previously, it will lighten it and you need to re colour with a dark colour. When you put this product on your hair start with the lenghts first, allow to develop and then put on your roots. Wash off when your roots reach the same colour as the lengths, most probably a brassy colour and then re colour. These products are fab when used correctly with a little common sense!
