I've always had the feeling that Jane Norman is trying to be something it's not. I mean, the shop layout is always pretty good from what I've seen and gives the impression of a fairly high end store. The prices also reflect this image, but when you actaully look at the clothes, you realsie how over priced they are.



This is the same kind of quality as you would find in New Look (I don't shop their either!) but for 3 times the price.



I also find the staff seem to think they are better than their customers. I mean, when you actually go into a very expensive clothes shop, you will find the staff tend to fall over themselves to try and help you, nothing is too much trouble and you will be treated with respect. But in this store, despite being such poor quality, the staff seem to think they are royalty or something!
