Wow this DVD is fantastic - I can't believe how much I learned in such a short time. This was like reading loads of pressure point fighting books and going to loads of martial arts classes - I saved a lot of time!! The sound breaks up in parts but nothing important is lost. A lot of very powerful Special Forces self defense secrets are revealed - and it costs next to nothing!!
