Redfern Eurosteam Review

I love this iron! Took some practice, but I wouldn't be without it now. It will save us $80/ month on drycleaning, at least. My advice is to not set the iron on continuous steam, or it really wastes a lot and gets the clothes too wet. Turn the steam down and use it manually, like the demonstrators do at the home shows, and it is fabulous. That is the only thing that I can think of that will help those that are so dissatisfied with their purchases. I LOVE IT! ( Not sure about the durability, or the service and support, as I have only owned it for a month.
