We have just returned from a 4 night stay at this site and feel compelled to write a review on how bad it was. We were on a Sun holiday break, as were many others staying at the site, so will also be letting them know how we feel. We have been on other Sun breaks and can honestly say this is the worst site we have stayed at. The chalet was very cold (we had the 1 small heater on 24 hours a day), with rotten window frames letting the wind blow in. It was not very clean and in need of a complete refurb! Our outside light didn't work, which we reported on our first night - and it was never fixed! We didn't get off to a good start with the booking in processed delayed for some reason that was never explained. The young staff who greeted us were nice enough - but a manager explaining what was going on would have helped! The outdoor pool, which we knew wouldn't be open, was full of very green dirty water, with goodness knows what growing in it! Drink prices in the club were very expensive and there was very little choice. If, as we have read on other reviews the new owners have spent two hundred thousand over the winter period, it is difficult to see where. Overall the site needs thoroughly updating, driveways to holiday homes need re-surfacing and chalets need attention.
