I would like to say that Bonprix kept their legal promise
and refunded me and it didn't take that long but it was tedious. You need to apply for a refund by post and first wait for them to send you the form.
Phone them to keep on top of it. Staff were friendly and sincere. So that is a positive for Bonprix.
The only reason I asked for a refund was because their courier service never delivered my parcel and claimed that they did. I had to dispute this.
The lost parcel ( wherever it was) was sent back to Bonprix before they could refund me.
I had received a dress successfully prior to this and was happy with delivery and product but quality was not great.
I think they have some wonderful designs but such a pity that the delivery system is a risk. It's a gamble you're either lucky or unlucky. They dont have any online tracking system either which bothered me nor any email to say that my goods had been shipped. I would not recommend you use them - it's not worth the hassle and dissapointment when goods dont show up.
