Alton Towers Review

I was in Alton towers yesterday,travelled down from Scotland. I have been to Alton Towers 5 times before and I have thoroughly enjoyed it however yesterday was a wash out. Stood in the que for Monorail for 30mins and it kept saying there was a delay. Then when we got to the entrance and it took a further 30mins to get served to get our tickets. We didnt get into the park until 11 we then made our way across to Nemesis and stood in the que for approx 25mins to be told the ride was then closed and there had been a technical fault it took another 10-15mins to get out because instead of letting us out the exit they made us. We then headed to Air which was in the same area as Nemesis and waited in that que for 10mins to be told that there was a technical fault in that area and that there was no idea when it would be back up and running an hour wasted for nothing. We then went on the cable car over to the dark forest where the cues for Rita were an hour long waited for it to be told this also had a technical fault. We then went to go on the new ride Thirteen and we got to the front of the que after a 40minute wait about to get on when the cart got stuck and no one could get on. I am so disappointed and disgusted with Alton towers I really don't know if I will go back. I have had some good memories at Alton towers but yesterday was a wash out to say the least a waste of a journey!! I understand it was busy because of Easter but there want as much as one apology and the staff were very rude!!
