Logitech Harmony 1100 Review

The Harmony 1100 is not an MP3 player it is a very cool, full colour, remote control that uses touch screen technology and some "hard" buttons to replace all of your AV remotes and do a far better job along the way.

For example you can set an action "Watch TV" and it will turn on your amp/select TV input, turn on your TV and your PVR, then you can have all of your most used functions in any order you want on a number of layers of screens - I keep almost all of mine on the top screen. you can change all the functions and learn new remotes from the web as well as download all the logo's of your favourite channel.

Select :Play Game' it will leave your TV on, change the input on your amp to the games machine, turn off your PVR and fire up your PS3 all with the push of a single on-screen button. it's a rather expensive but very satisfying way to do away with all your remote controls and replace with a single really cool gadget.
