we were on deck 4 once in the cabin we heard a noise on enquiring about this we we informed that is was the ship stabilizers and we would have to put up with this.we were unavle to sleep and tired ear plugs with little success. we spoke to the duty mamager who informed us that the ship was full so unable to move cabins ,on several occasions the toilet was blocked and once had no water for shower or washing. we were aware of daily service charge of 6 euros per person per day , but we also had to pay service charge every time we had a drink . the service in the restaurant was appalling we waited approx 20 mins for orders to be taken then around 20 mins between each course . not once were offered coffee after meals. we had to pay for the shuttle bus each time we docked . we have cruised many times , but the poor people who were on their first cruise was very disappointed . we were very unhappy with the cruise and the money we paid , we will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYBODY . PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING WITH IS AWFUL COMPANY.
