Very poor, ordered 3 items. 4 days later, a 1 line email (with no references on it) said that 1 of the 3 items I had ordered would not be delivered as they had no stock (despite showing in-stock) - no opportunity to swap the item was given. When I rang they told me it was up to me to re-order the item I wanted - they wouldn't do it.

When the other two items arrived, neither matched what I had ordered. Despite both items being needed urgently (and a week now having passed as they ignored my emails about the mistake), I am told when I ring up that I must post the items back to them recorded delivery (ie. take time off work to go to the post office) and they will then credit my card back with a refund.

I explained that the service had been bad and it seemed it was my responsibility to fix their mistakes and their excuse was that they operate the same way as other major retailers - i.e we are only as bad as everyone else!

I won't be using again.
