I ordered some items from CardCraft last year which took weeks to sort out and in the end they admitted to me that they were out of stock of an item and I cancelled the order...only to recieve the item a few days later, then I had the hassle of sending it back. I order from a few websites and completely forgot about this episode, until this week. I put in an order via the web on Sunday night (28th March) - now it's Thursday and I looked on line and it's pending. The website says that you are supposed to be notified if anything is out of stock and that they do deliver within two days. I called them just now and the phone was evntually answered...then it all cme flooding back to me. I recognised the voice. They said they will look into it and get back to me this afternoon, but that was what was said to me before, I remember! why did I order from these people again?! great website, shame they can't deliver what they promise.
