Sub par download service, which provides over priced music at below average quality. Yes there is a vast multimedia collection, which on the face of it seems conveniently placed, but encounter any problems and you'll likely not see it resolved for 2-3 days. Customer service is polite but notoriously slow. I have used the service on both Windows XP and the latest generation iPod touch, and have to say issues occur far too frequently to make this a reliable service. Paid for content sometimes doesn't even make it to my downloads list, or on one separate occasion came through corrupt. With other services this wouldn't be a problem, as your either given a 24 hour download period, or 2-3 downloads of a any single paid for item. On iTunes however, expect to be submitting error reports, and going back and forth with the CS rep before finally getting what you've already paid for. Surely this inconvenience almost negates the lure of any online download site.
