First thing, the battery is useless, i have a lithium battery on my drill and that last ages the battery on this is cr@p. Another thing is that the phone keeps ringing people without telling it to? My friend has the same problem with his LG cookie. My view is dont waste your money on this phone, buy an i-phone instead they are loads better, it is what i have done.
