I booked a holiday with Hays travel (UK) and they issued documentation with the wrong dates. When I noticed their error they admitted fault. As a result I had to cancel my long awaited holiday but they did not would not refund me so I was unable to cancel. I could not go on the holiday due to their error and they are still not willing to pay me back. I want to expose them as much as possible. Any ideas??
I would never recommend that anyone uses this company!!
