I ordered a road bike that was out of stock and told it could be up to two weeks. Two weeks later, having heard nothing I contacted them only to be told the delivery dates had changed and would be another two weeks. When I contacted Customer services I was told, speak to the store, not us.
Very unimpressed. If you need any clothing/components go to Chain reaction, who are frankly awesome in comparison. Evans sucks.
