Dear Moonpig.
As you can see i placed a delivery for the 29th a birthday card. On the 26th at 7.0clock to be delivered for monday the 29th ! it still hasn't arrived ? i have rechecked the address plus phoned my friend to confirm if she received it. (NO STILL NOT RECEIVED IT). Im hugely diserpointed with the service and feel let down by Moonpig
it was rather expensive too. Its now the 30th and still no card.................
I therefore would like my money back' As i feel that you didn't provide me or my friend the service you said: i wold receive. Hope you get back to asap regarding this dissatisfaction with MOONPIG!
