I originally bought a Humax PVR-9150T and found that compared to my old Digihome box the recordings on the Humax randomly started up to a minute late and cosequently missed the start of some programmes. After much discussion by email with Humax I was unable to solve the problem and returned the box to Argos and replaced it with the PVR-9300T think that the dearer model with the display would probably work better.



Not so, the problems of late starts on the programmes has continued and this is obviously a problem with the way the Humax boxes handle the signal from the broadcaster to start the programme. I am taking the issue up with Humax again but do not expect any joy and will probably return the 9500T as unfit for purpose.



Other than the late recording issue the box is really good and has some great features. The slow population of the EPG however could be a problem for some people.
