Last year I spoke to castle cover about Home & Contents cover INCLUDING Home Business insurance (public liability for the occasional visitor, some items held for repair and a small amount of business stock). They said they could do all that APART from the business stock. I readily agreed since this insurance is almost impossible to find. When the policy arrived it specifically EXCLUDED business insurance. When I queried this I was passed between people saying "we don't do it", and "of course we do it". They kept stringing me on with promises of an "updated policy" which never arrived. I eventually spoke to a senior adviser who confirmed they did NOT provide this cover. I sent them an official complaint about being mis-sold insurance and heard nothing. In my view, not to be trusted. I've only given stars because I HAD to - they do not deserve it!
