Plus point, it looks good with no outside switches and matches the other kitchen appliances.

Bad points. We can only get two of our large dinner plates in (10.5 inches) before the plates get in the way of the spinner. They say you don't need to pre-rinse (saving water) but you do if you want clean crockery. I don't put anything in that's caked anyway, but this has trouble removing hard crumbs from a plate that has toast on it. When emptying it you have to have a dishcloth to hand as loads of things come out with wet spots, and I'm not just talking about plastic microwave stuff which doesn't dry so well as it doesn't hold the heat. Everything else feels damp and cold. The cutlery tray is small, falls over and cutlery gets caught under the handle in the middle sections. Despite not having enough room for the big plates there's only room for one row of cups each side - my old dishwasher (which I wished I'd repaired now) could have a row of cups, flap down the support and put another row on top. I wish I could send it back. Avoid!
