After 20+ years of riding countless makes and models of machines I can put my hand on my heart and say the FJR1300 is the best bike bar none for sports touring. Yes it's pricey but you get what you pay for!

The motor is a gem. It pulls like a freight train and is a smooth as silk.

Suspension and handling are very reassuring and the bike can be pushed along with some gusto when needed. It's not a light weight at 265kg but the weight disappears once you get on the move and can be quite a lot of fun to throw around.

Build quality is good and the factory fitted paniers look great and are very functional.
